Abstract

Show more Show less
In the current practice of cultural management and cultural organizations, more and more general knowledge of economics, marketing, financial management is needed. The concept of cultural or creative economy is constantly mentioned in various discourses, but it is often identified with the concept of financial flows – what income is generated by the cultural sector.A feature of the cultural sector is the creation of content, the impact of which is not limited to market processes, and in addition to market transactions, the social and cultural impact of the sector also appears. The program is complex and also includes professional artists, so it allows for a broader definition of the cultural sector and its activities, as well as for assessing practical challenges and developing creativity with creators.
