Recognizing, recognizing the symptoms of professional burnout, recognizing and organizing timely assistance, this is the right behavior in representing one's health and work interests.The program consists of modules IX.57 acad. The seminars will help participants to acquire the necessary provisions related to professional burnout, the achievement of personal and professional goals, work ethic, work culture, quality assurance of professional activities, load management processes.Participants will be able to put the newly acquired knowledge into practice at work: separating the symptomatology of burnout from physical, emotional fatigue; problems caused by professional burnout; will know the solutions of professional burnout and the procedure for organizing assistance
