The KURSUOK platform offers everyone who wants to acquire new skills and meets the specified requirements the opportunity to receive state-funded learning offers. You can take advantage of this excellent opportunity to receive up to 500 Euros in funding. Don't delay, as the annual budget is limited, and the early bird always gets the worm.
Can I get financing?
If you want to learn, nothing will stand in your way. However, before choosing the courses you desire, first check if you can receive state financing for them. To qualify for financing, you must meet these criteria:
Even if you don't meet the criteria, you can register and participate as well, but you will have to pay for the selected programme with your own funds.
IMPORTANT! An individual who has logged into the ILA information system (personal account) is identified through interfaces with state registers, from which information is collected to determine a person's eligibility for target groups (i.e., the possibility of receiving funding is determined).
What size of financing vouncher can I receive?
An individual can receive up to 500 Euros in financing for their chosen programme . Please note that:
- If the desired programme costs more, you will need to cover the difference with your own funds.
- If the program costs less, you can claim the remaining amount after receiving the certificate of completion of your first programme.
- An individual who has fully utilized the vouncher can receive it again no earlier than after 5 years.
IMPORTANT! Unfortunately, like everything else, the budget for financing in a given year is limited. The good news is that if funds are exhausted during the current year, financing opportunities will still be available in the following years.
How can I register for a programme?
Even though it may seem a bit confusing at first glance, registering for the desired programme will not be difficult. To make everything go smoothly, follow the steps outlined below.
At a time, an individual can register for one programme funded by state. If the registration is canceled by the provider or the individual, the person can register for another programme.
IMPORTANT! An individual chooses a programme and performs all actions related to participation in the programme through the ILA system by logging in via the Electronic Government Gateway.
What are my obligations when choosing a programme?
Learning is a serious matter, so we expect you to approach it responsibly. By deciding to learn with our project, you commit to:
Can I cancel my registration?
Just like everywhere else, KURSUOK will have its rights and obligations. If you want to cancel your registration, you need to know:
- An individual registered for a programme can cancel the registration before signing the contract.
- An individual who has not completed the programme or has not filled out the evaluation questionnaire within 5 working days after the end of the programme must pay full programme fee to the provider.
- An individual seeking financing can unilaterally terminate the contract once within a five-year period.
- An individual who unilaterally terminated the contract or had the contract terminated by the provider due to the individual's failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of the obligations assumed under the contract loses the opportunity to receive financing worth up to 500.00 Euros in the current calendar year (except cases where the individual does not use the ILA vouncher).
IMPORTANT! You will find all the necessary information in the ILA system administration and financing procedures description (document is in lithuanian).
