The training program "Development of a business plan" is designed for individuals who want to improve their personal professional competencies.During the training, competencies in business planning, market and product analysis, financial modeling will be improved.To achieve this goal, during the training, a business plan will be prepared, discussed, analyzed.The duration of the training program is 54 hours, of which 40 hours are devoted to practical work and discussions.
