The training program is designed for everyone who is interested in aromatherapy, its use to improve their health and well-being at home.During the theoretical trainings, participants will not only get acquainted with the history of aromatherapy, the traditions of its use in different ancient cultures and understand the purpose and need for their use in modern life.Will analyze the composition of essential and other preparations, the effect of the formation of various mixtures and the benefits for a person according to his age stages, effects on health, well-being, and will master various methods of using aromatherapy products at home.During the practical training, participants will learn how to safely choose essential and vegetable oils according to individual ailments, will be able to evaluate the indications and contraindications of their properties, will be able to form a pharmacy for aromatherapy preparations at home and use them safely for their intended purpose.
