The non-formal adult education program "Increasing the effectiveness of the management of public and private social services using digital technologies" is an attractive integration of theory and practice.The purpose of the program is to provide participants with the principles of social service management and information about the use of digital technologies in the sphere of social service provision.During the program, participants will receive knowledge and skills in social service management and will strengthen their abilities to use digital technologies in social service management.Expected results: a person who has completed this non-formal education programme will be able to improve the quality of social services.Plan the provision of social services using digital technologies.
