Abstract

The program is designed for special educators working in a general education school. Duration: 56h Goal: to improve general and professional competencies by improving the provision of services of a special educator.The result: improve cooperation and conflict resolution skills; will be able to more accurately recognize the difficulties faced by the child and select more suitable methods of assistance; will be able to more effectively advise the educators of the educational institution and the parents of pupils with special educational needs.

Effective communication and the creation of dialogue, the resolution of conflicts and problems, the constructive reception and expression of criticism, the motivation of parents for cooperation.Introduction to emotionally difficult information.
Topic name Recognition of educational difficulties and timely provision of assistance.	Brief description of the topic Differentiation of the pupil's educational difficulties and smooth speech disorders (stuttering, quick speech), assistance to the pupil, the importance of early recognition and intervention, cooperation with other institutions.
