Abstract

It is a 54-hour English basics course focused on the B1 level of ability.Adult learners are introduced to the structure of the English language, the everyday lexicon - family, plans for the future, music and books, the skills of public speaking / presentation are improved, and the writing of recollection is improved.From the point of view of the content of the training, a strategy was chosen in the program, when the learners' confidence in their abilities of communication in a foreign language is developed through the integrated use of authentic material in the teaching process, orientation to practical tasks of speaking, listening, reading and writing.The program integrates coaching strategies that help to develop the ability of participants to learn constantly and independently and successfully communicate in English in the working and public sphere.The training takes place in the classroom or remotely on the ZOOM anda TEAMS platform.
