Project management is a structured process consisting of planning, organization, implementation, monitoring, control from the initiation to completion of the project.Each project has a separate budget, team and clear time limits where you need to be able to manage all available resources and solve the challenges that arise.During the training, we will get acquainted with the essential stages of project preparation and practically prepare a project application for a self-generated idea.Lecturers will share tips on how to better fulfill the description of the idea, how to purposefully plan project activities and calculate the budget.We will analyze various examples of projects, review various options for submitting project applications.The acquired theoretical and practical knowledge will help after training to independently prepare project applications and successfully manage existing projects.The training is designed for everyone who wants to get acquainted with the management and preparation of projects.
