After completing this training program, a person will be able to apply the acquired competencies to the relaxation of tense muscles.This training is relevant for individuals experiencing daily tension in the areas of the shoulder girdle, back and legs.In order to relax the overstretched muscles and reduce the accumulated tension, various massage or self-massage techniques are applied.By performing myofascial relaxation exercises with massage rollers on a regular basis, it is possible to improve posture, activate lymph flow, blood circulation, improve overall well-being and relax muscles.
