Kristina Malūkaitė is a certified sales and leadership coach at Southwestern Consulting Company.Kristina has been working in sales for 26 years. She began her career at the age of 6, working in her own and her parents' businesses.Later, when she went to study at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, she participated in the Southwestern Advantage program, where she studied professional sales and leadership skills in the USA and Canada.For all ten years spent in Southwestern Advantage, Kristina appeared among the top 10% of the company's salespeople and became one of the most experienced team managers in Europe.Kristina has won the highest awards in the field of personal sales.Its results have been recognized with the Triple Diamond Growth Award, which only 7 other sellers have won in 165 years of the company's existence.She is also a member of President's Club, which owns only 1% of all sellers in the company.Kristina developed her leadership and personnel management skills through the selection of new salespeople, their training and the successful leadership of different teams, which included about 150 young people entrepreneurs from 8 different European countries.In her free time from work, Kristina devotes a lot of time to travel, and every year she tries to visit at least one new country.She greatly appreciates time with relatives and friends, regularly goes on new adventures with them.Kristina also loves Kaunas Zalgiris, fast Formula 1 machinesand Eurovision.
