With a strong foundation in education and learning design, Sonata Juknė has built more than a decade of experience in developing people and delivering impactful training. She holds degrees in Philology and in Teaching English as a Foreign Language, which underpin her expertise in communication, facilitation, and adult learning. As a certified Facilitator at FranklinCovey Lithuania—a global leader in organizational performance and leadership development known for programs such as The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People—she leads seminars that help individuals and teams strengthen productivity, collaboration, and leadership skills. Previously, as a Learning and Development professional at IKEA Lithuania and later as a project lead for communication and education initiatives at VšĮ Gyvenimo Universitetas, she designed, coordinated, and delivered a wide range of training programs, workshops, and development experiences. Her career reflects a consistent focus on empowering people through structured, high-quality learning interventions and practical, seminar-based education.
