Liudas Basiulis is an experienced legal and compliance professional with a strong track record in both regulatory compliance and public affairs. As Head of Compliance, CCO, and MLRO at the fintech startup KABRU, he oversees comprehensive compliance frameworks for a Virtual Asset Service Provider, demonstrating deep expertise in AML, regulatory risk management, and governance.
