Dominykas Jutas is the founder and CEO of one of the Southwestern group companies in Lithuania.During his career, Dominic is: Having accumulated 8 years of experience in the field of sales, of which 7 years are leading sales teams both in Lithuania and in the USA.After selecting, teaching and leading over 100 sellers (the largest team managed at one time - 41 people).He has made more than 8000 sales presentations and had over 1000 customers in sales in various ways (face to face, door to door, phone).At the age of 21, Dominic went to the United States where he sold door-to-door systems for children's education with the Southwestern Advantage company.For the first year he was responsible only for sales, and in the third year he became one of the heads of the organization in Lithuania, and soon he had the opportunity to start the activities of another "Southwestern Ventures" company in Lithuania from scratch, which has been successfully operating for the fifth year.Currently, Dominic's main job is to select, train and motivate the sales team.Analyze the current market situation, develop sales strategies, and most importantly, help your team members develop skills and character that allow them to achieve long-term goals.One of the things that Dominic believes most is that success is brought by the little right things that are done all the time.These principles are based not only on work, but also in life. Absolutely every day he devotes time to sports, reading, always finds things for which he is grateful and constantly tries to learn something new.
