Bettina Jaugstetter began her career as a gardener as an intern at the Botanical Garden of Erlang University, where she worked for 5 years.She participated in geobotany expeditions to the Alps and southern Spain.She also studied landscape design at the Technical University of Munich, gaining knowledge from prof.Peter Latz, whose field of research is post-industrial landscapes. Further studies on vegetationvegetation) science, ecology, thanks to Bettina, has gained very solid foundations for her career as a landscape designer and landscape architect.Bettina has been awarded the prestigious Karl Foerster Medal for her inspiring, extraordinary project ABB, and has also been awarded an award from the Baden-Württemberg Architects' Palace for the sculpture garden in Leuters-Hausen, and the private gardens she created have been published in magazines and books.She also teaches planting design at the University of Geissenheim.Bettina has been working on a mixed dynamic plant planting system in private gardens, public, commercial and industrial spaces for more than 12 years, and today she conducts plant design training in Germany, Italy and other European countries.
