Aistė Vitkūnė-Bajorinienė is a doctor of social (educology) sciences, researcher, associate professor at Vilnius University since 2011.Its research interests include aspects of communication management of cultural organizations, management of multimodal communication and gender equality.She also has experience working in national and international scientific projects.She has translated and published several works of fiction from Swedish and English.She has been teaching communication subjects since 2004, has been conducting a series of professional composition lifting seminars in various business Lithuanian companies and pedagogical organizations, as well as in non-governmental organizations, e.g.Save the children.
