The program develops the communicative competence of the participants, providing knowledge about the peculiarities of verbal and non-verbal communication and its management in conflict situations.Its duration is 54 acad.hours.After completing this program, participants will understand the impact of the most common communication strategies on negotiating and conflict situations, will be able to manage them more constructively, building more harmonious relationships and achieving their goals.

Features of the program

The distance-taught course "Communication and Conflict Management" is aimed at developing the communicative competence of the course participants, providing knowledge about the peculiarities of verbal and non-verbal communication and its management in conflict situations.Its duration is 54 acad.h., or 27 contact sessions.Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to manage complex communicative situations more harmoniously and effectively, more effectively provide verbal and non-verbal information, understand the impact of different communicative strategies on negotiating and conflict situations, build more harmonious relationships and achieve their goals.The development of communicative abilities, based on the latest research and knowledge, is important for personal and professional growth, so this course will allow you to take a fresh look at the process of everyday personal and business communication and will help to achieve harmonious relationships and professional development.
